2. Services Description

Clamint provides an AI visibility intelligence platform that enables you to:

• Monitor and track brand mentions across AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude)
• Analyze visibility scores and citation rates
• Compare your performance against competitors
• Receive insights and recommendations to improve AI visibility
• Access analytics dashboards and reporting tools

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breaches

4.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the selected subscription plan.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
