Refund & Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Delivery — Digital Service

Clamint is a fully digital, cloud-based platform. There are no physical goods involved in any purchase. Upon successful payment confirmation, access to the subscribed plan is granted electronically and immediately (or within a technically reasonable time frame) to the email address and account associated with the purchase.

An electronic invoice or payment receipt will be sent to the registered email address following each successful transaction.

2. Subscription & Automatic Renewal

Clamint offers the following subscription plans (pricing is displayed on the website and in-app):

• Monthly Plan — billed once per calendar month.
• Annual Plan — billed once per year at a discounted rate.

All paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Charges continue to be collected until the user cancels their subscription before the start of the next billing cycle.

Cancellation can be performed at any time from the Billing / Subscription section inside the application. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the user retains full access until then.

3. Free Trial

Where a free trial period is offered by Clamint:

• No subscription fee is charged during the trial period.
• If the user cancels before the trial ends, no charge is incurred.
• If the user does not cancel before the trial ends, they are automatically charged for the selected plan and the subscription period begins.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Under applicable consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of the date the agreement is concluded, without stating any reason and without incurring any penalty, provided that performance of the service has not yet commenced.

Important: Because Clamint is a digital service that becomes available immediately upon purchase (with the consumer's prior explicit consent), the right of withdrawal may not apply once access to the platform has been granted and the service has commenced. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have consented to the immediate commencement of the service.

To exercise your right of withdrawal before the service commences, please notify us in writing at info@withbooster.com within the 14-day period. Upon receipt of a valid withdrawal notice, any amounts collected will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.

5. Refund Conditions

As a general rule, and subject to mandatory legal requirements:

• Because the Service is digital and immediately accessible, fees paid for a billing period already in progress are non-refundable.
• Cancelling a subscription stops future charges; it does not trigger a refund for the current period.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period (except where required by law).

5.1 Exceptional Refunds

At its sole discretion, Clamint may issue a refund in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges (e.g., the same period billed twice).
• Verified technical issues that prevented access to the Service after purchase.
• Cases where Clamint is found to have made an error during an iyzico dispute/chargeback investigation.

5.2 First-Purchase Satisfaction Guarantee

For a first-time subscription purchase only, a full refund may be granted if requested within 7 days of the purchase date. Clamint reserves the right to decline this request if abuse is suspected.

6. Cancellation & Access Termination

• Users may cancel their subscription at any time via the Account / Billing menu inside the application.
• After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• At the end of the billing period, the subscription is not renewed and access is automatically terminated.
• No partial refund is issued for the remaining days of the current period (see exceptions in Section 5).

7. Disputes & Chargebacks (via iyzico)

All payments are collected by iyzico. If you notice an unexpected or suspicious charge, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.

Repeated or bad-faith chargeback attempts may result in the suspension or termination of the associated account.

8. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This Policy is governed by applicable consumer protection legislation. For disputes arising from this Policy, complaints and objections may be submitted to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court at the location of the consumer's residence or where the consumer transaction took place, within the monetary limits prescribed by law.
